First Fruits Friday - Following God's Call

He said that he felt in his heart to preach about this matter and he had come across some news on the same subject. A fellow Pastor from Ohio even called him that week to pray about it because of the recent law that was passed in that state. The Pastor said he had preached for over 30 years and had never preached about the sin of abortion. I offered to talk during his service so I could share what Seneca is doing and what is happening next door at the abortion facility. He was excited about it.

At the beginning of this 40 Days For Life campaign, the hostility from the abortion industry began to greatly increase. It was at this point that the abortion facility began recruiting escorts for their side. These escorts have come from all different cultures and walks of life, yet they are united in their mission to support a woman’s right to choose.

In the last 2 months, Seneca had added to their Case Management program 9 new Hispanic moms! These brave mothers are from Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras. They came to this country fleeing violence and poverty to our great nation seeking a new beginning, safety and opportunities for their families.

First Fruits Friday - Miracle on the Sidewalk

Another afternoon a few weeks ago, there was a woman whose boyfriend did not want her to go into the abortion facility, however, she had her mind made up. You could see the anguish in his eyes and we tried to talk with him. He shared with myself and my Director how he felt and what he wanted. Praising the Lord she turned out to be too far along and he was able to convince her to board the mobile clinic. After seeing her baby on ultrasound and talking it through with the staff, she chose LIFE!
